COVID-19

As things ebb and flow with the shifts in COVID-19, the safety of our clients, therapeutic team, and community remains a top priority. We are offering teletherapy in addition to in-person sessions. When meeting in person in times of heightened community colds, we may ask safety questions specific to symptoms and maintaining a proactive stance. A regular cleaning service and our remote office locations provide even further safety. We are continuing to monitor the situation as it changes and evolves over time and will remain committed to improving our services as new information emerges. We appreciate your trust in us, and look forward to continuing to work with our clients, through any measures that allow for comprehensive and safe care.

Teletherapy

We offer Teletherapy, a comfortable and confidential way to connect with your therapist.  If you are struggling or feeling alone, reach out today for help. We will listen carefully to your concerns and match you with a clinician who will help you create a path forward.

Safety Measures

CDC Guidelines

We require that all clinicians who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 do not enter the office, and, if possible, facilitate sessions using teletherapy. We may also ask our clients and clinicians to perform a health screening prior to an in-person session. Surfaces are routinely cleaned and disinfected, and windows are opened to encourage air-flow. The offices are also cleaned regularly by a cleaning service.

Business Practices

We understand that sometimes, things come up. We ask that clients share mutual respect and responsibility with their care team to maintain scheduled appointments. In the event of illness or emergency, we offer flexibility and understanding.
